You have to regulate your eating habits and discipline yourself.

Few Simple Steps to Follow:
1: Drink lemon water in the morning when you wakeup.
2:Set a Time to your breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.Never eat in between.
3: Cut Calories, but remember to intake protein as usual specially when you exercising you need protein to build muscles.
4: Five a day of peice of FRUIT and instead of having 3 meals a day have 2 every 2hours.

1. Morning Tea/Coffee
2. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
3. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
4. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
5. No rice
6. Drinks two bottles of electral
7. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids
8. Dinner - Dal and Salad
